Gavin Lester

Gavin is a qualified builder and carpenter with more than 30 years of experience across commercial, residential and government construction. He has held senior site management roles with leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, delivering complex projects valued up to $350 million across high-rise residential, heritage, façade remediation, aged care, education, retail and live operational environments. Gavin brings extensive expertise in construction programming, structural and interior works, site logistics, safety management, subcontractor coordination and design problem-solving. He is also an experienced business owner, TAFE educator and mentor, having supported nine First Nations apprentices throughout their careers.

Grant Blows

Grant is a trade-qualified carpenter with more than two decades of construction experience across high-rise commercial and residential developments, government projects and light industrial works. He brings extensive practical knowledge, strong project leadership and a collaborative approach to project delivery. Grant is particularly skilled in stakeholder engagement, clearly understanding and addressing client concerns while maintaining open communication and positive working relationships throughout each project.

Contracts Administration & Design

Gem Alimasag

Gem is a Contracts Administrator with experience supporting construction contracts, tender submissions, purchase orders, project correspondence, RFIs and document control. She combines strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a background in technical drafting and civil construction design. Gem has working experience with CAD, Bluebeam, Buildsoft and Microsoft Office, and is currently completing further studies in building project support and estimating.
