Kawuma Projects Pty Ltd is an Indigenous-owned building and construction company delivering quality projects across NSW and QLD. We specialise in commercial construction, residential works, refurbishments, remedial works, civil and infrastructure, community housing and new developments. Our team brings together experience from a range of trade and construction backgrounds, giving our clients the advantage of a versatile and reliable project delivery partner capable of managing projects from planning through to completion. With builder licences in both NSW and QLD, together with Builders Practitioner Registration, Kawuma Projects combines hands-on construction knowledge, strong project management and trusted subcontractor coordination to deliver safe, compliant and well-managed projects.

Lounge Lovers
Construction of a new warehouse and showroom with a mezzanine level, offices, amenities and kitchenette. Included restoration of the existing front façade and structural, roofing and flooring upgrades.
Dover Heights Strata Remediation
Replacement of balcony sliding doors, apartment windows and stairwell windows. Works included new cavity flashings, balcony waterproofing, tiled finishes and upgrades to communal areas.
Parliament House
Remedial and upgrade works to the heritage-listed Parliament House, including modifications to the saloon area, office fit-outs, marble flooring repairs and rectification of heritage timber panelling.
Sydney Nature Kindy
Conversion of a heritage-listed former boarding house into an early learning centre. Works included façade restoration, structural reinforcement, complete internal refurbishment and new amenities.
